Broad Street Village

The Broad Street Village Building was a specific building to fit within the middle of an existing shopping center.  Downstairs in this timber framed building you will find three commercial spaces and upstairs there are two residential units.  To facilitate the use of architectural tower elements, Simpson Strong-Frames were used for lateral stability.
