Kelsey Parolini came to the Central Coast to study Architectural Engineering at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and fell in love with the local area. Since graduation, she has been busy refining her structural engineering skills on projects such as multi-family developments, winery facilities, and boutique residential projects. Kelsey brings a critical eye to each project, ensuring that the structure is well coordinated from schematic design to completion of construction. Her passion for the profession extends beyond the office as she currently holds the position of President for the Structural Engineer’s Association of Southern California (SEAOSC) and Secretary for the Structural Engineers Association of California (SEAOC). She has also been active with her alma mater, teaching structural systems courses as a part-time lecturer for the Architectural Engineering Department at Cal Poly, SLO. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys quilting, paddling, running, hiking, and camping—all with her Jack Russel Terriers Bandit & Phoebe.
