Spyglass Drive Residence

The Spyglass Drive Residence first came to SSG as a Foundation Repair. Over the years, the house had experienced severe settlement issues and had lost a majority of the support due to an undersized foundation. The entire foundation was underpinned with helical piers and a new concrete foundation was placed to connect these piers together to ensure proper structural support. Once the foundation problems were remedied, the focus of work shifted to a full remodel. The interior was stripped down to studs and the exterior facade was completely reimagined to re-create this beautiful family beach house.
